Free UK shipping
We offer free shipping on every order across the United Kingdom — no minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, your SKINTHI device is typically delivered within 7–10 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel right to your door. You can also check progress any time on our Track Your Order page.
