You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund. If you’re not happy, email us and we’ll make it right.
Condition of returns
To be eligible, items should be returned in their original packaging and in clean, resalable condition. As our products are used on the skin, we ask that returns are hygienically cared for. Faulty or damaged items are always covered — see below.
How to start a return
- Email hello@skinthi.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll reply within one business day with simple return instructions.
- Send the item back using the details we provide.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your device arrives faulty, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including any return postage. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a UK consumer, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
